I love to bring my two year old here because it's bright, clean and has many activity stations to keep little ones busy and fulfilled. This indoor play area is designed for crawlers through age 5. I've come here at different times throughout the day and I've never seen more than a handful of kids at one time, making it a nice location for little ones to explore without overcrowding. Bonus, there's a snack area equipped with table and chairs for the kids to take a mini break and get some sustenance. No snacks? No, problem! The Recreation Pavilion has a coffee shop with an excellent selection of snacks and drinks for purchase.
Silver Creek Indoor Play Park is a great place to escape the rain and enjoy a great open space for the little ones ages 5 and younger. They have two roller coaster ride on scooters and plenty of activities for the kids to stay busy during the allotted time frame. Bonus for parents, they offer free coffee and tea for parents to enjoy a warm beverage while the kiddos play. Sounds like a win-win to me!
The Alderwood Mall Play Area is a great spot for kids to explore. Located in the east end of the mall between Auntie Anne's and Lego, this play area is designed for children 42" and under. The protective layer of soft rubber flooring is great for crawlers, and tumblers, alike. The play area is a popular place in North Sound and is cleaned twice throughout the day to ensure public safety and sanitization.
Sno-Isles Lynnwood Library has a sprawling selection of reading for the whole family to enjoy.
